Deck Rules :
1. September 2010 ban list is in effect.
2. Banned Decks:FTK, OTK, Stall, Exodia, Burn

General Rules (Tournament Setup):
1. 1st Round - 4 groups involving 4 players each
2. 2nd Round - Single Elimination
3. Match duel rules apply (2/3 duels, side decking allowed and loser gets to choose either to go first or second)
4. Deck Changing is forbidden.

The Hamachi rooms, prizes and groups will be posted at 1st round.
